Thanks for your reply. I will be looking at my options for a new one.

Any suggestions for my factory "through hull" transducer/depth finder. It sporadically works. It also makes an annoying beep when it thinks I am in low water. Looking for anyone that had a similar problem and how it was resolved. Boat only has 50 hours on it.
