The coupling can come off without removing the prop, the coupling is 165mm long & the clearance from prop to rudder is more than 200mm (250mm from memory) Just preparing for the job when I next haul out, but I'll post some pics when I get the couplings off.

Does anyone know the socket size to fit the coupling end shaft nut? The one inside the transmission coupling, it looks to be around 2-1/4" AF
