Help can’t find the fuel filter/ water separator on 05 340 dancer. 8.1 horizon v drives.

I checked the breaker and its on. All of my pumps quit. If i try to turn them on manually i get an error code both forward and aft bildge pump. Soon as i turn the switches back to auto i can clear the alarm and it says all systems normal. But pumps are not working. Any ideas where to look next?

I hear the sea ray's built in merrit island are solid fiberglass hulls on the 370 ec. Does the same hold true for the 330 ec with a serf in the hull number? The boat is a 2000 330 ec. Hear about the cored hulls possibly having water problems.
