Bilge pump not working is not good. Have you tried inspecting the wiring harness to ensure everything is connected to the switches?

Not to add pain however, Koons is a low-cost, high-volume dealer - that is the way they roll (pun intended). If you want to pay the least possible - go to Koons. If you want personalized attention find a smaller dealership and have them fix your issue. Tom
