I am currently running a 14.25 x 19 prop on my boat. I have been wanting to go to a 21 pitch, and found a great deal that was to good to pass up.
My question is, will have any issues with a 14 3/8 x 21 size prop?? The diameter is a little bigger, but I think it should work fine??? Its an Alpha...

I need some help here. I am trying to get the boat ready for summer, and cant figure out which damn oil filter i need!
its a 96 sea ray 175 4.3 alpha 1 with remote oil filter. I winterized it last year, and bought the wrong filter before i put it away, so i dont have the old filter anymore.
I have not yet checked any fuses, but assumed that since trim down, and trailer up work, it cant be a fuse.
As far as the sender, that is my second guess, im looking for more input, to see if that would cause my issues

Anyone here ever converted from a 2 barrel carb/manifold to the 4 barrel carb/manifold??? Besides the fact that you would use more fuel, is there any performance gains in doing this??

Thanks everyone!! I'm not sure where i read that i needed to drain the block..........It may have been me improperly interpreting something i read somewhere. Also good idea on the -100 antifreeze until searching these forums yesterday i did't know it even existed. I will definately be using that...
Well, its starting to cool down here in the frozen tundra of Minnesota, so i have been thinking its almost time to put the boat away for the winter. Last year was my first year with this boat, and after reading posts on here i was able to winterize it myself.

Here are some pics of mine in the water. The pics don't have the best angle on them, but it might give you an idea. Also i have a loaded cooler on the swim platform, so it might even be sitting slightly lower.
