    The most forward bilge pump is located low at the bulkhead, the aft pump at the transom is definitely mounted higher in my config. When helm switch is activated, it turns on the higher aft pump. I would assume the manual helm switch would turn both pumps on, at the very least, turn on the lowest...

    Use a garden hose “Y” and leave the through hull seacock open with this tool. That way you can flush your outdrive as well.

    I’ve read that engines with the cool fuel system the filters need to be checked and changed regularly. The issue with not reaching higher rpm seems to be directly related to the filters.
