I believe the stools were part of an upgrade that also included the adjustable high low table. If you table has a post... then no stools. If it is an adjustable stand alone piece on a heavy base it would have come with the stools.

My transom locker has 2 plastic access discs about 6" in diameter. I drilled through the middle of one and ran my lines into the engine compartment.
