It is the starter problem. The dealer charged $400 to fix it. I did not shop around, just went to the one where I bought this boat a couple of years ago.

I measure it with touching both leads, it give me 12.5v.
The battery is OK, not water leaking from it. I open the lid and look though the holes, the water level looks OK to me.
Both sides now show 9.8v Voltage ( the same as the battery positive measure when I use the same spot as ground.)
Where is the outpost of the alt.? (alt. is alternator, I suppose?)
Battery is charged and works fine. The story is when I tried to start it, it was cranking and the gauges and meters were working fine. Then nothing works any more.
Finally got sometime today to do some testing. I tested whatever I can on the motor side and it seems all of them at least get appropriate voltage measures. But under the dashboard, there is no voltage on any wire, red wire, purple wire ...
