When flushing my engine today I noticed that the prop was turning. The throttle was out of gear but the prop was turning slowly. When I reved the engnine the prop would speed up, but still slower than if it had ben in gear. What does this mean? I have the Mercruiser 3.0LX with the Alpha 1.
