Hello All
I've been away from the forum for a while. I am still the proud owner of a 2007 270 SLX. She is still pulling strong and without squeaks -> she's a keeper :)
Last season, the fuel gage started jumping up and down. This season, the fuel gage is stuck on 3/4. I am assuming it is the...
Oh, more questions. For those that use Arlo and WiFi (hot-spot via cellular) do you have unlimited data plans? Is an unlimited data plan really needed?
Thanks for all the responses. It seems the Arlo is the best fit for me. My concern is camera sensitivity, i.e. battery life. For those that use Arlo, do waves (wind blown) turn the camera on?
Some douchebag broke into my boat and stole my amps and sub. The owners manual (2007 270 SLX) seems to have conflicting information about the size of the sub. The owner's manual says both 10 and 8 inch. What is the correct sub size? It seems to be 10 inch.

My Lewmar windless suddenly got significantly louder. Same sound in both directions. I cannot describe the sound but I do not believe it sounds like gears grinding. More like the motor got louder. Also, the windless does not appear to be slipping - no changes in how it pulls or releases line...
I had a similar problem when towing similar sized camper. The previous tow vehicle was a 2005 Ford Explorer - no sway. New vehicle was 2011 Nissan Xterra - sway. I never fix the problem and assumed the no sway vs sway was due differences in tow vehicles wheel base. Have you tried a weight...
Interesting. Attach a 2x6 to support pole using u-bolts then attach vacuum to 2x6. Then the length of the 2x6 only needs to be a little longer than the pre-drilled hole separation on the vacuum mount.
Thanks for your reply!

Wanting to purchase a wall mount garage Wet/Dry Vacuum for my slip. Thought being, I would mount it to a roof support column where the column is square metal (2x2 I think, maybe 1.5x1.5). Has anyone done this in the past? How did you mount to the metal support columns? I am thinking some...
I had a similar weird problem. My problem was caused by the wired remote getting super wet. I unplugged the remote and the head unit worked properly. After a couple days of drying, plugged in the remote and all was fine.
Someone recommended the Goodyear Gatorback as good replacement. I have no experience with the belt. Below is ebay link.
