I am looking for a replacement walk through window for my 2002 Sea Ray Weekender. We had a tornado here on cape cod in July and my center window disappeared and no where to be found.
Does anyone have a source? I am looking and looking and looking and nothing.
Thank you in advance for your...
Thanks guys, There does not appear to be any damage to opening or hinge area. I have been quoted a little over $2000. For a replacement and have been contacting salvage yards. The boats value is around $18,000. so it is worth paying the 2 gs. I just thought it high and would try other sources.
Hi all,

With all due respect; Boat is no good without drive. While I understand condition of boat should be considered so should the sellers intention of concealing a serious issue that could cause harm. This is a family boat, not a fishing vessel.
Thanks guys for replies. Another look shows skeg damage. On Cape we see a lot of it however makes me wonder if they are both related. I guess I am concerned about taking next step at this point.
Good afternoon,
I am hopeful someone has an answer. I am looking at a 2005 Sea Ray Sundeck. It is powered by a Mercruiser 5.0/Bravo 3. The outdrive can be moved by hand side to side about an inch or so. Can anyone tell me if that sounds correct? I seem to remember reading some where that 1/4...

I have a question related to a 2002 Mercruiser 5.0 MPI bravo 3. While putting it to bed for the winter it was hard starting and running rough. What should compression reading be?

When I used the starting fluid the 1st time it stayed running. That was before I left for a few weeks. When I tried again and it wouldn't start, I used the starting fluid again. A few times it almost started. In fear of killing batteries I have talking with folks and researching problem. I will...
It is 5.0L MPI; engine OM325771. The only other thing I can include is it did sit for a few weeks while I was traveling. I can not put my finger on anything else that would cause a sudden change. I am also not a mechanic and I say that with all due respect. It is a rareaty to find a good, honest...
I am not sure of fuel system I have. Frankly never gave it a thought. Should not have been water in tank though as I used a small electric fuel pump and removed sending unit and sucked everything out with a extension to reach far edges of tank.
I hope all are well and having a great boating season.
I need some advice on a starting issue. The problem originated I beleive from bad fuel and as a result plugs looked like a need for a change. I have a 2002 SeaRay weekender powered by a mercruiser 5.0 bravo 3. I pumped old fuel out and...

West marine has a wash down kit and I am installing one this week end. I am sure it can help and the convenience of winterization is a plus. The unfortunate thing is we all know what salt can do to any metal and we obviously can not see every internal part of an engine so maintainance is key...
