It was the same concentration in the spray bottle. I think it was just really "BAKED ON". Basically elbow grease has gotten 95% off. Thanks for the tip though It is a good product and did remove all the residual dirt from deck.

Not sure about that. But I applied it without dilution. I'm going to give it another try, but it is pretty hard and stuck on. Thanks for your continued interest!

Wasn't a miracle cure. It did seem,wwith some serious scrubbing with a stiff bristled brush, to remove 40-60% of the backing. Going to give it another try for the rest. Thanks again for the help.

I have the same problem with stuck carpet backing on my Sea Ray cockpit decking. What procedure did you follow with the purple power? Did it yellow the floor at all? Thanks in advance.
