Boat is a 92 270.. What should I look for to see if the charger has a "float" or automatic shutoff? That's what I was worried about with leaving the charger on for the week
Thanks for the advice! I guess I should be looking into a dehumidifier also.. Any advice? I'll look into the one pictured above that looks like it days stor dry
Just curious on what most weekend warriors do as far as shore power. Should I leave the power on for my batt charger on all week? Should anything else be left on? Thanks in advance for the info!
So,the sending unit is encased and difficult to reach, but the for the good news.. the gauge was bad. finally got the boat uncovered, grounded out the gauge. No good.. Replaced for $23 and all is good. Thanks for the advice.. Happy boating season!
Will do, thanks.. I was in there before I covered it up late fall.. Incased by what looks like factory plywood painted grey.. I will post picture when I get into it.. Figured I throw it out there to see if anyone with this model had a similar problem
Yeah I know what a gas tank is, for some reason it's incased.. And the only info I found, mentioned it being difficult to reach.. I'm knocking off the snow next weekend and digging into the bilge..Thanks again
Thanks for the help! Surprisingly not to much info searching on the web.. Was hoping for a location on an access panel.. I'll look into getting a manual
Hi, looking for some info on the fuel sending system. Bought the boat with the gauge not working, previous owner said it worked the season before I bought it, stopped reading over the winter.. Does anyone know the best way to locate, with minimal damage or had a similar issue with this style...
