    Engine alarm.....

Went for a cruise today and Port engine alarm went off. Engine did not give any sign of having an issue while cruising. Oil pressure normal, water pressure normal, batteries normal etc. Engine sounds like it's starving once I go below 1000 rpm. Also runs rough and occasionally stalls out if...

Screws in bottom of haul! Help.

Thx for the replies. Grasshopper is calming down. Just spoke with the floor guy. This is the first for him so it's whatever I decide. He said he will pull the floor so I can remove the screws and fill. Than put floor back in place. I'm very happy with floor, it looks great and they did a...

Screws in bottom of haul! Help.

Guys, trust me, I said the same thing. How the hell do you screw through my haul ( left out a few other choice words). I'm shocked because this is a good company. My understanding, is when you put the flooring in they put wood down first and than the flooring. The screw that went through the...

Screws in bottom of haul! Help.

Well, right now I'm just sick in my stomach. Over the winter I had someone install Nuteak inside my cabin. I had the boat pulled yesterday to wax and touch up bottom and noticed 4 screws coming out of the bottom hull. It was not taking on water because the floor was done 2 months ago. After...

Cockpit door rollers and track need replacing. Need help!

Thx David, I inittially posted this thread here instead of repair section (I have a thread there). I've received some good responses from people. Going down this weekend. This is the reason I love this site. Everyone who owns a Sea Ray takes time to help someone else who has one.

Cockpit roller and track broken. Need to replace!

Could be right on the channels, but again I don't want to (ASSume, classic). When I was on my boat last week I took the screws out from the upper part of the door (4 screws total, 2 on each side). They were connected to the trucks which sit inside the rails. Since the trucks fell apart I...

Dale, I'm not sure. I'm going down this weekend to start working on it. Did you remove the door also. After reading the thread Bruce sent it might not be that hard. Let me know what happens with you. I'll also let you know how it goes this weekend. I think in order to remove the upper...

Update: Enjoyed keeping the boat in the water doing the winter. Weather was crazy the past month or so (cold). Enjoyed going down during my free time during work hours. Had work done on it which worked out well. I think the only con I had was the BGE bill I received monthly. I had the...

Cockpit roller and track broken. Need to replace!

Bruce, Thanks for that thread. Great read. I think I'm going to take on the job. Going to call Steve tomorrow and order the parts. Worth trying myself, I might surprise myself. Plus, don't feel like pulling out 1000 for the repair.
