My 280DA slowed down after about the first year and a half from about 40mph to 35mph. There's almost no growth on my bottom paint. The drives and props are fine. Engines run good. Can this just be a speedo error? It also has to run at a slightly higher speed to stay on plane.

How do you get the road tax back from your gas at the dock? I was told you could send your reciepts into the state comptroller or something and get about 25c/gallon back.
