ANCHOR LINE ADVICE?
Current line in our 2006 280DA could use replacing. Can anyone advise the maximum (or optimal) amount of anchor line for a Sundancer 280? While most of my Long Island boating is in the bay, we do go out in the ocean at times.

My 2006 280DA will be inspected soon as a US Coast Guard Facility. I need to complete my list of mandatory on-board items, which includes spare bulbs and fuses. (I know, they should already have been on board. Not sure why I spaced on this issue for this boat, but need to straighten it out now.)...

Wondering if you ever received a response to your anchor line replacement question. The line for my '06 280SD looks a bit old and it's not that long. I'm looking for info on the best type and size choice and how much line I can fit without causing issues.

Looking to finally add a name to my 'Dancer 280. The boat is all wrapped up and plowed in with snow. Does anyone know the dimensions across the stern/transom? I think I will go all the way across and ignore the hatch cover issue. (Feel free to comment on that choice.) I don't want the name to be...

Trying to figure out the best place to install a used Raymarine e80 on my '06 280DA. Any recommendations, pics or advice would be appreciated. It's bulky to install next to and slightly behind compass, but looks like it will block too much vision if I put it forward. Anyone install it and like...
I'm looking for similar help, but my bigger issue is rod storage in my '06 280 'dancer. Stored rods in a rod case in the mid-cabin. Guessing something slid against it and now my new G Loomis is not 5-inches shorter. :huh: Only have the boat about 6-weeks, but haven't found any reasonable place...
