stereo hooked up to second battery

I know this has probably been talked to death but I'm installing a second battery with the stereo and amps hooked to it. I'm still using the ignition hooked to the first battery for the non memory wire (guess it to be the remote turn on wire)and the memory wire to the second battery. not really...

    Battery SWITCH...Where too install?

i have the standard seating and the switch will have to go under the sun deck. the place i found where the optional switch is not very clear. also I'm gonna use a 4gauge wire for the acc. from the second batter to the switch.....thinking this will be sufficient to handle the loads.
