I am not done. I will be patching those holes. The current hold up is the shop that has my FW tank. I discovered all those holes when I removed the tank... surprise !

typically just teak oil. you can also thin out a traditional varnish and apply it. there is an excellent video on this on youtube where a guy does a sailboat.

Im up on the salt river this year. That marina sucked and it was really expensive. I summer at Michigan Marine Salvage though right up the river.

be sure not to over torque the hardware on the rails. I plan to do this at some point next year. I recommend 4000UV to bed the rails and about 10-12 ft lbs. too often I see people hammer them down as hard as they can with 5200.

these are awesome boats. I have a 390 and would love to move to a 460 some day. the 89 was my favorite interior, and hull color.

the pump runs and makes pressure. I either have a leak after the pump or the horn is shot.

mine looks to have come from the factory with an air horn. It is not working currently.

I sold my 300 in the fall to pick up a 89' 390EC looks like a 10gph increase for me

they were 15ft kits but I ended up cutting off about 2 foot each. I simply ran out of room. I have been posting on the official 390 thread as well. If you haven't joined the Sea Ray 390 EC owners group on Facebook I would implore you to do so !

the tanks are made differently on the 89+ ones from what I can tell. I will investigate though.

yepp thats me. people have been telling me to sound more excited lol the list of things to do is daunting... its hard to be super positive.
