    Late 90's 270 Sundancer Thread

Hi all, boating season is upon us and honey do lists are mounting up! The wifey wants to convert the aft closet into a pantry, to store dry goods for the galley. Closet is somewhat useless since it isn't very deep. Have any of you installed shelves in this closet? Looking for some material/...

    Listing to starboard when empty

My 1999 270. Does the same thing when empty. Fill up the water and it is level. When water is empty and holding tank is full it leans to starboard really bad. I also do not have a generator. Not sure why? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Liquid Light

Thanks for the link. I have been wanting to get some under water lights, but the price tag is too steep for me. This looks like a nice alternative. Definitely going to try! To cheap not too! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Converted mobil home trailer to boat trailer brake question

I decided to use the trailer for storing the boat in the winter time. We decided to moor the boat instead, and just the ease of access to the boat! Use it way more than if it was on the trailer. I did repack the bearings and installed bearing buddies. The only thing that sucks is the brakes...

    Late 90's 270 Sundancer Thread

Hi all. I plan on installing a marine tv antenna and tv. I have a after market radar arch and was wondering where the best place is to install the TV? I intend on running coaxle cable from arch into the cabin. Thinking the TV placement may be best in v berth or main cabin?.?. Pics would be...

1999 270 7.4 bravo 3 Have a question? While in the water boat seems to lean to the starboard side. This is with 1/4 tank of fuel, full of water and holding tank empty. No water in bilge. With water low and holding tank 3/4 full the listing is almost unbearable. Is this normal? Seems like...

Sorry...1999 270 7.4 bravo 3. It has a heater craft unit, it does heat with motor on, but nothing when hooked up to shore power. I thought there may be a option for electric heat but I may be mistaken. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Converted mobil home trailer to boat trailer brake question

I just bought a 1999 270 that came with a trailer. I didn't recognize that it had the mobile home axles and electric brakes. Just priced out a surge brake conversion and it is well over $3000 just for the parts. Has anyone just ran electric brakes? I know electric and water don't mix but will...
