We ordered the complete drop in replacement everything new. did not have to change props or anything. The electrical harness had to be changed out for the smartcraft to function properly.

we just repowered our 2005 260 sundancer with a 383 stroker. we love the new power. Just what it needed. We did have 5.7 motor.

If you can handle the 320 that would be my choice, we have a 260 and it is sort of tippy, there is learning curve to this boat. It is now called the 280!

hi all, I have a 2005 260 and my problem is the carpet right by the step keeps getting wet. we have checked under the step , there are no leaks at all. all the hoses are intact. I think it is from condensation when the air conditioner is on at night. I have a friend who has the same issue. The...
