Update.
The boat is still available for $30K. Keep in mind how far away you are when you make that decision.
Mike can vouch for the condition as he came out and went over it Sunday.
I don't think the 310 is different from my 340.
I just installed those lights and it was an easy swap. As long as you have your hot and ground identified, (only 2 wires!) they should work fine. Did your old lights work?
One of your pics has 4 wires hanging. WTF is that?? Only 2 go to the light.
Mine was documented when I bought it and continues to be documented under a new name and hailing port. No sales tax or registration fees as the state is not involved. I do pay a "water ways" tax to the city where my slip is located which is $xx per foot.

My issue has been black stains left from the morning dew! If I don't wipe the seats first thing, they get black stains when the dew evaporates. Tough to remove. Bleach cleaners work best for me.
Mike has it at 30k so far.
I'm not winterizing, wrapping or storing it at that price. Wifey wants it gone.
Now I have to sell the slip at Newburyport Yacht club. LOL.
I've used this on the underside of my canvas with great results. Not so much on the seats.
Any product with bleach works best in the sun. Just remember to rinse REALLY well and often.
The boat hauled out today. It's on the hard now for the winter.
I just threw 30K out as rough start, not a selling price. I just wanted an idea of what you people thought was a good price. From the response, I'm thinking 50K. I may go as low as 45K if I have to sit on it too long. It's a nice...
I'd like to move it, but I don't want to take a beating either. It has auto pilot too.
Radar has an error "no response from scanner"
New shower sump and mid bilge pump. Just did duck bills on the head.
Manifolds and risers on both motors replaced when the port motor was done by Anderson Marine...
