How do you get that panel out? I removed the 2 long top screws and I can't wiggle that panel out. I took out the small shelf front in front of the panel as well as the curtain assembly. I removed the one screw near the light switch also. Thanks. I'll use a crow bar to remove the seat next.

Trim tabs take a while to get used to. Repowered 3 years ago and only get 3800 rpm at 32-35mph with 24 pitch props...
I have a 1996 250 sundancer with 5.7lx bravo 3 with 2:2-1 gear with 24p props. top rpm is about 3900. anyone have 22p on their setup with better results?

jpl, thanks for the pics. The only problem with the lewmar profish is that the line, when retrieving comes around the gear and jams. I have to constantly up and down the switch. not sure if it is a line problem or other.

Just found this forum. picked up a 96 250 sundancer this winter and can't wait to get it ready for the season. Does the front v berth mirror open? there is a piano hinge on the top, but I can't seem to open it. What type of fitting holds it closed? thanks
