Guys - my raw water housings on the 350 mag's are the metal type and are rusted with small leaks so I am going to change them out.
I have bIII's.
Lifting out is not practical right now.
An ask for anyone that's has done this job in the water - I would like some advice.
I think the housings...

Guys - weird thing happened last night.
I had to make a run acRoss the strait of Georgia in rough conditions last night. Anyway - I normally have a calm organized shut down sequence when I have docked.
Last night I eventually got back to my slip after a pretty traumatic 5 hours on plane and...
Guys - I have decided to look at upgrading my camper canvas - still toying with replacing the whole thing or just the strataglass. No brightwork needed - just Canvas and Glass.
Can anyone recommend a canvas shop you have personal good experience with in the BC area - I can take the existing...
Guys - see pics below. I cannot find the sr part in my parts catalogue (tho an aftermarket and preferable chrome would be better anyway).
Has anyone had to replace one of these - if the pics are not clear it is the grill or cent for the under-seat storage on the port side near the helm and cabin...
Guys - love the Sea Ray Brand - and think my next boat will be a Sea Ray - but this is this is one of those 10 percenter type questions (as in I am a long way from committing just yet - but I have to admit it ... my trigger finger is itching a little).
A friend has a 2008 Azimut 43S in...
Snap In Sea Ray 320 da Sundancer cockpit and Helm Carpet. This is the Corinthean hard weave with the Rubber backing and it just snaps into place - much better than the cloth material carpets (IMHO) for wear and cleaning and the backing does not peel off onto the glass floor. I bought it 2...
Well they would win it if it was me was giving it ........ let me explain.
I am the guy that when both angry ..... or pleased ........ with service, I promise to write and say something. I never do! I get busy being busy again ...... and the moment slips by ...... and then I forget.

Yesterday - after starting I had no gps or speed. It came back on under way when on plane. Went off again once or twice.
Seems like a connection issue, C80 stays powered up but just lost gps location and speed.
Before I go start hunting any advice from people that have experienced this?
So had a great day out today, but for some reason as I move my throttle levers above 2500 rpm I need more lever advance on my port to maintain synch. Until today both throttle levers were perfectly level at synch right through to wot. No pull one way or another. And both engine stay perfectly in...
Guys, this is my first BIII boat - should the the props be removed, scanned and tuned on a regular basis?
There is no real issue but I have some general maintenance to do this winter in the haul out and I am trying to make sure I have all things listed I should think about.
600 hours and...
...... at our YC when he sailed into his slip this weekend with this. The admirals idea of what "good" looks like has just taken a step up
This should make the discussions on our next boat investment a little easier (albeit we will not be in tat league just yet)...
I ORIGINALLY USED A BRASS FITTING HERE AND SOMEONE KINDLY REMINDED ME ONFTHE ISSUE OF USING BRASS IN SALTWATER SO I CHANGED THE BARBED CONNECTOR TO PLASTIC AS BELOW.
So I have had a saga that caused me to have to do the dreaded repair to the hose fittings.
The saga of mention is here...
I thought I would ask this in a seperate thread as my fault finding thread is getting viewed but the question may not be seen.
I am trying to find out what can fail electrically on my injectors, anyone know where I can find the fuse or tell me if there is a relay.
Thanks in advance.
So, I have not started the fault finding yet because of a prior commitment but thought I would ask the forum for advice.
Half tank of fresh fuel from two weeks ago, new distributor cap, plugs and leads 25 hours ago.
I got up on plane with 4 adults and child, an hour after engine started...
So I have read many times about fuel hoses collapsing, I did not realize raw water hoses are susceptible to this also. I thought I would share.
I have a Kohler 5E like many of you. Ran it last weekend and it overheated. I change the impellers every year .... Just because. Though I only have 6...

Though I am dreading the rental boats and ensuing chaos this brings - can't wait, it was a phenomenal show from the boat deck...
OK, so I live and learn. I have many years of boating in USA and elsewhere around the world so assumed I know what safety gear I need, I was wrong.
One nuance in Canada I discovered by reading up this weekend is that the minimum life saving equipment must include a life ring, not any type 4...
Hi, guys working through my investment options for faux teak decking on the 320.
Two of the prividers when I asked about replicating the searay logo on the swim platform ellipse on their product have said they can do it but need written approval from searay to do that as it is copyright...
