We never connect to the marina water, that way we keep using the tank water and it's in the tank for just a few days. A cup of bleach in the tank once a month here.

We waited 4 hours for the waterboy that week. Ended up borrowing someone's set up of a couple large crates and the pump system. Full water tank within an hour helped us not stick around waiting for the delivery.
I use one from thedinghydavit.com that should work. it's a hydraulic lift and they are custom made for your boat. Not cheap, but effective. You can see it below.

Depending on where you are coming from, there's certainly another couple of hours of cruising to Nantucket, and the fuel there is insanely expensive. Think a grand or more for a fill up. Nantucket is a nice island, but a bit too fancy for me, as in I forgot my linen pants. If that's your thing...

Super Clean degreaser with rags to clean everything . No spraying, one rag with degreaser and one to wipe it clean after. Spray on the rag only. May need a good 30-40 rags. A 50/50 mix of super clean in a sprayer bottle May do.
May need shop vac for water in bilge...
My only disagreement is to let the kids use them. We want ours to learn everything we do on the boat. Of course they need to learn the right safe way or they don’t touch anything.
