I agree it was underwhelming as well. But the kids got excused absences from high school, and it allowed me to extend the lake weekend for another day. So that was great! Look how still the water is, it calmed down just like it usually does at dusk and stayed like glass the rest of the afternoon.

Took my son and his buddies out on the water to watch the eclipse. Actually saw some stars with 97% obstruction of the sun. Cooled things off for an hour or so.

The engine turns over fine but won't start. Acts like there is no fuel (but there is plenty in tank). So I don't think its the battery. Additionally, the gauges won't come to life either. So I checked all the fuses in the main box and none are blown. Is there maybe a fuse in-line somewhere...
