Back to the drawing board. The Moto Tron ECM (Port side) is definitely bad. I've had no luck finding a replacement (Sea Ray, Cummins, Mercury, etc). Does anyone know of any replacement/upgrade options ? Or anybody that repairs these devices ?

It looks like the problem is in the Moto Tron Module itself. Anyone have any sources for folks that trouble shoot/perform diagnostics/repair on that module ? Or as a worst case .........who can replace it ?

Thanks Mike. I'm hoping that the access panel in the rear of the storage cabinet on the left side of the stairway will give me the access I need. If it doesn't, I'll be sure the capture the drain hose issue and correct.
