Thanks. Snaps would be ok, the canvas comes without snaps installed so I would've able to match them to mine. Locally I'm looking at $2k for Bimini and fastback, online I can get it for under $600, but it's for a 330. I just want to minimize my risk so to say.

I have some zipper lube in a tube. Goes on like grease. Put it on your finger and run it down the zipper. Done. I put a blob of it in front of the zipper mechanism and then ti it back and forth a couple times.

Just to clarify my issue. My trim would work occasionally. So much so that I was sure it was the trailer button. Turns out it was a trim solenoid. I bet by next season you will be replacing a solenoid. No way a trim tab adjustment made it work. They are not connected in any way. Just coincidence.
