Sounds good.
Engines have approx 340 hrs on them and are 7.4L MPI. Seemed to run smoothly?.?. But will look into a seperate engine survey. Any idea on cost for one of those engine surveys???
I live in NJ, Point Pleasant is where the boat is.

Well here is the latest.
This Sat or Sun I was supposed to get the Rinker 312 fv surveyed. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.
The marina and bank are dragging their feet with the generator issue. So, what has happened so far:
The genn will run with the switch held in, but when let go, it dies. Tech says that...
I'm going to get the rinker surveyed this Sat or Sun 8/28-29/2010. If everything goes well, adds more fuel to the decision making fire.
One thing that does stand out, and not being well versed in the Rinker, so I can't say for sure, is::huh:
I'm not positive that the unit has one of those...

Hi, I own a 1987 Searay Sundancer 268 that lists to port quite a bit. While at the dock I compensate for this by filling my fresh water tank on the starboard side and that pretty much evens me out.
After loggin on today(6/20) I saw the write up about the "coring project". I now am conserned that...

OMC 7.5L Elbows for the (460???) Ford engine.
Was running hot on port side found the manifold slightly plugged and the elbow very plugged. Cleaned the manifold(s) port & starboard but the elbows are putting up a fight.:smt100 Can't get anything in there around those sharp bends.
