I've been down that road, not a fan. I've been through three mattress toppers and memory foam pads and they get easily shifted, make the bed look like shit, and I'm over it. It's great for a temporary fix, but I want something permanent that I throw sheets on and done.

Welp, we found the issue. It was the solenoid. Replaced in 15 minutes and I now have heat. Good grief. $130, and we’re done.

I just researched this, and looked deep in the manual. Searched the whole thing, and it never actually labeled the "reverse valve".. here's a pic of what I have: This is the "newer" model of the one I have, but it's almost identical.
