Bridge AC our ac on the bridge seems to have trouble keeping up as the outside temp rises. Even with the fan at full speed it does not seem to blow with any force. Any ideas ?

Not sure if you got an answer to this. Take the turbo to a turbo repair shop and have them go thru the entire turbo and rebuild it! You will be money ahead

Yes fire was caused by a leaking oil line on the turbo . A o ring let go and sprayed hot oil on the exhaust about 160 to 175 k in damage mostly cosmetic ,electrical and plumbing in ER.
