Crappy design.. My 2007 230 Select has the same horn... It has been replaced the first year under warranty. Now it blows once then dies off... Just havent felt like messing with it.. Another design flaw with the searay sportboat line.... horns and helm switches... My biggest *****....

Marine Max is saying the warranty does not cover air voids, just blisters.. Sounds like BS to me.. They havent seen it yet.. Im going to run by there at the end of the season and let them take a look... Thanks

GCUNNING is correct.. 6-8 GPH is about what I get cruising at 2900 RPM/ 1/2 trim and two adults and 2 kids along with 50% fuel and 15 gal of water.. Its an awesome boat. The engine is a perfect match with the hull.. You cant go wrong.... This summer we havent put near the hrs we normally do...
