Stringers are bad, transom haven't checked yet, up on the bow the whole deck is shot, had a soft spot so i pulled the port hole trim and the fiberglass is separating, and appeared to have had water leak into it at some point, wood rotted, I found another boat identical to it with a fresh motor...
