MY 1999 180BR is in need of an engine rebuild. Being 16 years old, all the serial numbers are gone. How can I know what engine I have or are all the 3.0 motors the same?
Just a heads up. IN Georgia you have to pay ad velorum property tax on a boat every year like its a house. I would consider Florida instead. Better boating and no unfair tax.
I cant believe yesterday was groundhog day and we haven't even seen winter yet this year in Florida. I have a feeling the summer is going to be brutal.
Yeah pretty close. I was also thinking about smart tabs for a bit more speed. Moving to a larger sea ray right now wont work for me because I plan on moving up to a 35' sailboat or trawler in 2 years.
I never say "under god" when saying the pledge. Its not part of the original pledge and was added out of irrational fear of communism. George Washington stated thsat the United States is in no way founded on christianity. This nation is secular and thats the ony way to be. Look at the middle...
I know its been long said that its too dangerous to cross the stream from Miami to Bimini in a small powerboat or sailboat. Lately however there are many videos of people making the trip on PWCs and in Seadoo jet boats under 20 feet. Are they just better craft? Why cant a 180bowrier do it safely?
Naples isn't as nice as some would claim it is. Crime is a big concern there. While areas are manicured (not the best in Florida) there are equally seedy areas. St. Augustine can be cold and old. I would suggest that either side of Florida is ok if you are a coastie but if you enjoy actually...
We Floridians love our water and our weather (although in summer its brutal). We don't love our governor or the attitude towards live aboards. Overall its a great state for boating. Welcome.
