Purchased Aquatik shower kit. We want to place by platform for warm water shower-offs after beach. Looking for placement ideas. Anyone have a factory installed or installed one yourself? Was thinking on port side transom...but when transom door is opened...it wouldn't be accessible...

I concur with RichardS...awesome boat, but always felt sluggish when trying to get on plane. Usually only had beach gear and 2 kiddies with us so it wasn't due to load. I had the '96 model and it was a perfect day trip bay boat.

Glad trim/tab suggestions and advice for practice, practice, practice helped here. I would also +1 on the full fuel / H2O tanks...extra weight where it needs it has made a huge difference while underway and when docking in less than ideal conditions. Good luck and enjoy her!

The unit is an '08. I'd like to try and 'tap' the reversing valve as bahamabreisus suggested. I tried googling for an image of where it's located but no luck. If someone finds an image, please send link. Thanks!

After launch notice no cold side of Dometic AC system. Heat works, good pressure out of discharge so couldn't be intake. Any suggestions would be appreciated on what to check for next?

I was tied up next to beach on Sunday and as I was walking around cleaning the hull I did my usual prop inspection. I noticed that as I was spinning the prop it was very difficult to budge at first. With a little muscle it started to spin, but not very easily. I don't remember if this is normal...

I am thinking about side mounting additional cleats back at stern for securing spring lines. I have been finding it a pain when I'm tying up alone using the factory mounted ones in middle of boat when my side windshield curtains are up. Anyone add cleats or have other options they'd care to share?
