I was on my buddies boat yesterday and has a 1998 400 Sundancer. We were pulling up the anchor and I reached for the hose to wash it off and he told me it didn't work. I asked why and he said he believes someone turned it off to winterize it and never turned it back on. He has owned the boat...
Leak fixed. We rarely open that window or even cook inside other than some eggs on the stove so we decided to seal it shut permanently. Luckily for us the frame wasn't the problem, it was the flocking and the seal under the window but inside the frame towards the front of the boat. Sea Ray...
I haven't been able to find one on here so I'll start it. I'm looking to add either a second water tank under the v berth bed or just throw some weight up there. Anyone have any experience in this?
I keep hearing about a gasket that Taylor Made still makes but it looks like people are replacing it. My question is does the gasket fit between the glass and frame or the frame and fiberglass? And what gasket is it?
I know this has been asked and answered here but I can't seem to find directions on how the window comes apart.

I plan to be on the hard before...

Anchor out in a nice cove and tell her that the battery is dead and maybe it will have enough juice to start in the morning.
My friends have a 230 and they sleep on it all the time. They love it. She just needs to give it a shot.
If it's somewhere where you can take it to a welding shop you can weld a nut from the inside of the nut and take it off that way. There is always the drill and extractor screw set but you will have a hard time finding those with reverse threads if it is reverse.
