During the trip we did see some floating junk. We saw a couple large trees....and a few barely vloating logs. We had to keep a tree watch going the entire time. We got lucky a few times, seeing a log as we passed it closely, not having seen it before. But generally it was very clean.

You may have a grounding issue, refig, radio or between. Ground loop, common between frig and radio, same ground wire... Chance the frig is outputing HF energy in the bandwidth your radio is on. Not too likely as it has to pass FCC cert testing.... If you make a wide bw change on your radio you...
