    Twin 3.7 motors

    I would take it out for a ride. Those engines have a bad rep. However my dad has a single 470 from 1977 it runs great. Did alt conversion about 10 yrs ago. A couple of coils over the years and thats it. Those engines are light weight and have alot of torque.

    think there are two solenoids one on the starter one external. Not sure where its located if I remember correctly mine was back by the starter and underneath exhaust manifold. looking from front to back of boat on left side. Hope it helps.

    I have same boat, I store lifejackets by where your and front passenger foot area's are. you can actually crawl under there and get a peek to survey your plans. I use anchor locker for ropes and anchor. I did cut up old floormats to protect fiberglass. You will want to keep it a semi walk...

    Just a guess, but i would think they are the same size as on mercruiser block. You may need to run a tap through the holes to clean up the threads.

    I dont know about actual temp but should be I would guess warm/hot to touch. 130 F or so. At least mine are.
