Did you try starting fluid? If you get a pop from that then it is probably a fuel issue Gary

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, when you turn the wheel it changes the stress on the bearings changing the sound Gary

I always did it with the rubber insert removed from the spark plug socket. It will give you a little more wiggle room. Gary

I Had the same issue With the breaker off unscrew the panel from the wall and gently remove the plug from the back. Clean the connection, put it all back together. It has worked for me. Gary
