No property taxes on boats, 6% sales tax and registration every 3 years, on a 21 ft boat it was about $77. Trailer permanent plates $100. So i'd say reasonable here in Michigan

Yes off of the main highway is a road that leads into an Indian reservation, that road starts out paved then turns to a rough dirt road then back to pavement....total distance from main road is about 20 miles I would guess. You can check on Google maps. Because its an Indian reservation there...
