See how much it would be for a transporter to bring it to you? Doesn't get much easier to haul...
Triple axle trailer - fitted for 2001-2009 Sea Ray 280DA hulls
Steel trailer (blue in color) in great shape with electric brakes, good rubber. Located in Seattle area, I'm listing for a client that has sold his boat. Please call Kurt @ 425.941.6320 for additional photos, more information...
I have two deals working with clients that have 280DAs with twin 5.0L BIIIs to sell.
The 2004 has ~450hrs, recently serviced outdrives, new bottom paint and underwater lights.
The 2005 has ~250hrs, new Garmin electronics, new dingy/davit, trailer.
Both are Seattle area boats. Contact...
Thanks! A couple showings recently and considering taking a 2004 280DA with 450hr 5.0L Bravo III in partial trade... Send your Portland guy my way, I'd be glad to help with delivery!
It would take some big ones to jump in with a GoPro...but if you did, you'd probably be fine as there are ZERO recorded attacks on humans in the wild. Period. Ever. In captivity, there have been 'attacks', but you could argue that they were provoked and under extreme duress, measured in...
Food for thought...out here in Seattle we get lots of rain and (usually older) boats that don't get used much develop water (leakage from deck fills, condensation) in fuel tank problems. Injectors suffer immediately and are often damaged when water makes its way past the Racors and into the...
Well I am a yacht broker and also the owner of a 2000 Sea Ray 410, so I guess I have an educated opinion, but won't voice it hear as its not my place. Feel free to call me at 206.280.7635 anytime!
Ooops...yes 385hp rating. Listing is corrected, thanks.
Thanks for the words of encouragement, its a great boat and I have to admit I am going back and forth on selling it. I have this premonition that I will always consider it 'the one that got away', but wife and I are itching for...
Title says it all - master head shower draining slowly, turned out to be shrunken black rubber seal blocking 50% of drain. Simple fix - if you can figure out how to access the bottom of the shower??? Kick panel in salon? In through galley cabinets? I'm stumped, but that is nothing new...
Update: 16 months later and I have ~180hrs on the ZF85-IVs. Finished the second fluid change today (first at ~60hrs) and am sending off the fluid samples for analysis. Boat is running great with 945hrs on the mains, they got fresh oil recently at 920hrs and those fluid samples came back...
Wondering if any CSR member have done either of these trips and care to offer up their experiences, advice, etc. Having cruised north from Seattle to San Juans and as far north as Toba Inlet, we are in the planning stages for some longer, late summer trips to other destinations. The...
(Thanks for the responses. I will answer them as I have data to do so...checking on last spark plug / wire replacement and remember, the genny is doing this, too!!!)
The marina that serviced the boat after the first failed Sea Trial was able to hit the rev limiters and also noted that no...
Sea Trial failed for 2005 340DA due to a 'popping' sound (not pre-detonation 'ping') >4000rpm. All other operation normal.
Generator makes similar sounds under high amp load, with or without mains running.
Fuel, right? Not so quick...50 gallons fresh on each side with additive on top of...
My Sea Ray 410 is stored under cover on Seatte's Lake Union. Last week, the Property Manager called me to ask if he could move my boat as they were servicing the sprinkler system. I agreed, asked him to make sure it was tied back properly.
Yesterday, I took four friends out for a quick...
