I had a similar problem on my boat, turns out it was a ground fault/short in the hot water heater. Disconnected the water heater and it solved the problem.

Sorry I could have been more clear on that... the light fixture over the stove top is a dual voltage fixture that holds a 12v bulb and a 110v bulb. One switch for each circuit 12v left and 110v right.

Unless you can verify with them that the '98 was a wide beam DA and not an SE I would go with the '00 pattern since I believe that year the 9'2" beam 270DA was the only model available (no SE offered in '00) and would be the same floor plan as the '99.
