Hey All,
Haven't been on much lately but hoping to get back into the scene next year with a new boat for me. Miss you all here and hoping you and your family have a great Holiday season and a very happy New Year.
Stay Safe and here's to a good 2014 Boating Season. :)
Well I am going to sit this season out officially as I just can't find the right boat that we want. So I am going to visit this site alittle less as it's hard to visit here without a boat. To think I actually miss the de-winterization process right now. :(
Have a great and safe season to all...
Anybody want to bid on my old boat? $6500 sounds steep to start out at.

Funny thing is they haven't even officially paid off my boat yet. Still waiting for that to be completed.
Well that's it. She was officially totaled today. Going to sit out the year at least and see how it goes from there. Hope to be back with a Sea Ray in a couple of years. Guess it just wasn't mean to be, "Hope Floats" floats no more. Thanks to all on the forum over the last 2 years. I must say...
So we where coming home from our trip after 2 days and coming home in 3-5 foot seas with 20mph winds wasn't to fun, but the boat handled it well. After an 1hr of running with the seas and finally docking back at our home port we opened the cabin door and noticed a bit of water on the port side...
So for those that know my situation that Sea Ray/Brunswick Corp have been heavily involved in my issues know that my boat was repaired at the end of last season. SeaRay Corp is still helping and going above and beyond.
My Microwave died sometime this season. Worked last year but I didn't notice...
My bow spot light just stop working on the 4th. I noticed the spot light was point straight up and the lights are not working also. Thought it was the Fuse but checked it and it is good. Anybody else hit this issue. The one on my boat looks like this...
Not all details have been released, but wow this is alittle to close to home. The current at my marina can be really bad and water is not clear for sure.

Trying to find some info on Seaside park marina. Anybody have any info or ideas about this place? Are there any marinas close to walking distance of seaside park?
Thanks all.
So I have the U shape windsheild on my boat. On the Starboard and Port sides of the boat the glass is framed on Steel (Assuming Stainless). That steel is set on rubber which connects the frame to the boat's fiberglass. It looks like the black rubber is seperating a bit where there is kind of a V...
So the family and I and another boat are thinking about heading to Long Island for Memorial day weekend. We will be traveling over from the Raritan Bay. Don't want to go all the way out to Sag. Was thinking Merrick. Like the Blue Water Yacht Club. Any suggestions? Looking for a nice place...
So I have 2 bilge pumps w/ auto floats. Had a second one put in last year while I had the engine out. I went to test the bilge pump on the auto floats and one of them (The older on that came OEM) the circuit breaker kept kicking off every 3 second the float would kick it on. The bilge pump seem...
So I was getting the boat prepared for the nor'easter here in Nj. I went to turn on the bilge switch (with the batt switch turned to off) and they didn't turn on. For some reason I remember that they hooked up directly to the batts and should come on even if the batt is switched to off. Of...
So I new to the waxing and polishing scene for the boat. I plan on washing it throughly then waxing it. Should I be doing anything in between. Some areas are alittle dull that need to be polished up. I have an orbiter with Pad on order. What is the process in order that I should be doing and...
They are prepping my bottom by sanding it now. Then putting the additional bottom paint layer on later on closer to spring. Is boating season coming sooner rather then later?
Funny thing is I am going to Whiteface to go Snowboarding next weekend.
I have my boat slipped at Morgan Marina in Parlin, NJ. Al the mechanic there is awesome and very detailed oriented. He helped me through a 2 1/2 month saga with my new to me boat that the selling Marina screwed me on. He is good and reliable but very busy.
Long LONG Story… Read at your leisure.
Well as some of you know I bought a 06 240 Sundancer in late June. The family and I were moving up from a 2010 Bayliner 185br. We wanted to be able to be able to stay on something overnight and not have to worry about waves coming over the bow in an open...
Just want winter to be done with so I can get the boat back in the water. Post some nice boating pics of you and your family on your boating to pass the time. I added some of my fond memories from last year.
This picture was take on August 23rd, 2011. The day of the earthquake in August on the...
So I want indicators and auto retraction tabs for my 240da. Tired of manually resetting the tabs everytime and trying to figure out the positions of the tabs all the time. I spoke to Bennett and they state that I need the EIC5000 System and then send back the relays that are in that system and...
