Thanks for the info. I guess I won't be taking the boat out till I get the money to get it fixed by a pro. I am more of a shade tree mechanic, and I know when something is over my head.

I own a 1974 Sea Ray SRV 220. The last couple of times I had the boat out, I noticed water in the lower unit oil. What is the best way to fix this?, and what is the cheapest? I have changed the oil. I am hoping that all I will have to do is change the bearings and seals. Also, is this repair...
