I have a 1999 190 cuddy and I just replaced the Ratheon fishfinder that came with it, with a Garmin gps/sounder. The old fish finder had a transom transducerthat only worked at slow speeds. I donot know if this is due to the transducer itself or if it’s due to its mountinglocation/adjustment...

Just put a deposit down on my first boat. It's a 1999 190 Cuddy with a 5.0 and Alpha I. Hope to have it in the water by the end of the month after servicing and registration. Any information about the boat or boating in general would be much appreciated.
