What is the best source to pinpoint tide/wind/current conditions around where you live? I hear there is no real trendins analysis done on this, rather it's more of a "wake up and look outside each day" type of deal. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Maybe I should have been more specific. What I mean is how is it that thick/muddy water could enter the accumulation area which drains from the hull, as opposed to clear non-sludge water that would normally enter? Does that make sense?
