Well after 6 years the tank started leaking again. I was able to remove it by taking out batteries and muffler/exhaust. I bought a polyethylene welder and welding new poly material to each of the four corners .. It worked pretty well. Pics attached

Get a "water witch" float switch... it solved all my problems with the never ending overflowing sump box ... if you search for it on here, you will see a few threads about it
Amps are fairly cheap these days, a newer one will be much smaller and much much more efficient in terms of current draw.. I say just replace it with a JL Audio 4 channel for 300 bucks
