Here's the update. After making myself nuts trying to make a decision, I pulled BOTH motors and replaced them with 2 new Mercruiser 350 Mag Strokers. I gained 20hp per motor, lost approx. 800lbs and will be saving a ton of money on gas. The boat runs amazing! Not sure how fast she's running...

I have been using Buff Magic and Propolish for years with great results. This may be over kill, buy I usually put a coat of Collinite Wax. I've been very happy with the results.

Mine is hypalon....I just picked up the replacement yesterday, now all I need for the rain to stop so I can try it out !!!!! The one that Mercury just replace was stored out on my marina's dingy rack all winter and did get pretty nasty looking, I used the Speed Clean on it and it came back...

on a side note I stumbled across an inflatabe cleaner called "Speed Clean" made by Aurora that did an amazing job turning my Hypalon dink from filthy back to like new. Just wanted to share my find !
