Problem solved. The wingnut that worked on the pump last installed 1/4 inch hose for the short run to the pump and was probably the same individual that used black pipe dope to seal the fittings. I will order 1/2 hose and new fittings to replace. Thanks for everyones response.

My 33 DA beeped every 2 minutes that drove me to drink, but that is a different story. It was my CO2 detector beeping. I replaced that but the beep continued. To find out if the batteries are not charged or going bad it triggers the CO2 detector beep. New batteries solved the problem.

Great Lakes will not do camper tops or other custom canvas. They will only do what Sea Ray originally ordered from them. No exceptions. If you want standard Sea Ray canvas they are a great company to work with.

When I had my dash replaced on muy 33DA the dash guy used rope lights on the back of the panel to illuminate the etched wording. They suggested not to use the light strips. It has worked for 5 years now without any problem.
