I was digging through my boat stuff today and found a brand new CSR burgee. Since I already have one on the wall of my office and I no longer have a Sea Ray I thought I would offer it to a club member.

My electrician was testing some stuff last time he was on my boat and found this problem:

I was out cruising in my dinghy and came back into the marina to find this huge tire buoy thingy about to hit my friends boat. The tires would not be that bad I guess but the huge rusty metal things sticking out both ends would do some serious damage.

I wanted to pass along something I learned on my trip to Canada and back that may help someone else:

I thought it might be fun to do a trip log of my journey to the Canadian Gulf Islands. I plan on posting pictures and comments about our trip along the way. We leave on Friday at noon (if all goes right). Here are the routes I have planned to give you an idea of where we are going:

Day one did not go as well as planned. We got the arch up and inverter installed but there were some complications (ie: missing nuts & bolts, bad/unsafe wiring, bad battery switch, missing network component for radar......)

The weather is a little rough (25-30 knot winds last night and rain today) but at least we are out on the boat :grin:
