    Maumee River,Toledo OH dockage

The downtown side (west) of the river has power on the northern end of the docks (towards lake Erie) but as you move south they stop or used to! I don't recall seeing water. If you are going to eat at the "Docks" this is the east side of the river where there are several restaurants on the...

    Radio Whine

I just tracked down a similar problem. Every 12v system made a pop thru the stereo when turning devices on and off - shower sump caused the most trouble, plus engine whine while they ran. My amp had to be switched on (cockpit sound) at the panel for the problem to occur. I also noted the amp...

on my 320 - that switch (located top right of dash) - controls all power to my audio system. No sound unless light is on. To manage exterior and interior - this is done (on mine) by the stereo amp breaker. My amp only drives the exterior speakers, when off I only get cabin sound powered by...

Water inside the cabin. 320 Sundancer '04

I had the exact same issue on my 2006 - plus H2O in the cabinet just above the wet carpet area. Dealer fixed it last winter (warranty) by replacing the rear stbd window. It was actually just missing the nylon set screw used to tighten up the black knob/latch - but I've been dry this season.

Water leaks in the cabin SEA RAY 320

Mine is supposedly fixed, under warranty over the winter lay-up. The dealer indicated that the (missing) set screw (inside the black latch) in the reward window, stbd side was the issue. Only came in under severe rains last season (or when I sprayed witha a hose. I actually had water gather...

    New member...almost!

My only advice is to keep in mind that you should be opening the hatch before every run - check fluids, belts... lifting will not get any easier and if you avoid it - you could overlook some problem down in the bildge that you regret. Do they make a retro fit e-lift - if so propse the dealer...

Re: Canvas track zipper ?? My canvas has a mating (male) portion bead edge that slides into the tracks that are along the arch. I start at the end and pull through along. The zipper edges should match up to other canvas sections. Hope this helps! ray

    Looking at a 2006 320

Just following this thread - saw the Central Vac water problem - I had this once - I believe it came from head sink area - I had a broken drian hose - the water ran down into the bildge - fixed the hose - been dry ever since. i'd say it's something in that area including the window in the...

    Erratic Speed Reading

I had a similar issue on our 320 - but it turned out to be a broken wire. While the factory was zip tying all the various bundles to the engines - the speed transducer wires were cut and as they touched I would get a reading - when broke - it was a zero read. Seemed to be a low speed problem...

Thanks for the various comments. The deck rail may be an option - but I've made a deal with the dealer to find it this winter (warranty) plus keep indoors - heated until spring. I have some other small warranty thngs as well - should be good all the way around. I don't think it's a window -...

    Kohler (Gas) Generator Oil Change?

Big help, thanks for the tips - we didn't avoid use - just or use paterns and ultimate need for the generator changed alot with the weather & some personal things got in the way. Eventully I cancelled my big trip this year which would have driven some usage.

    Kohler (Gas) Generator Oil Change?

Do you change the gen set oil & filter at the end of the season regardless of run time? I've only logged 3 hours on the generator this season! Logic (and the manual) says treat the same as my engines - but it seems like overkill?

    320 water in vacuum compartment

Hi - I'm chasing a similar leak STBD side cabinet. My comments are here: http://clubsearay.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1313 "official 320 sundancer thread". I too found a little water in my vac arear this summer - but only a single time - and I did over fill my H2O once this season. You...

    Official 320 Dancer Thread

I did some investigating this afternoon. Was able to get water inside by spraying the water over the nearest window to this cabinet. Inside the cabinet is a panel mounted on an angle - I removed this to get a better look. It was not the rail mount - these posts remained dry. Seems to be the...

Leaking water into cabin on my '06 320; I Found standing water (~1/4 inch at the rear) in the stbd storage cabinet above the dining bench, closest to the power cabinet. While doing some research, the carpet on the floor just below (under the dining bench where the amp is mounted) was also wet...

    Red wine spillage

We have had many successes cleaning red wine with Spot Shot including older stains - keep a can on board all season (Sam's Club). Also - while we are away from the dock - we switched to the small personal wine bottles with the caps that screw back on - helps reduce risk. At the dock - we use...

    stolen fuel

Here is a link to a company that makes stainless locks. They drop in very clean - looks as good as the factory caps. I needed 2 , was able to get them keyed the same - just peace of mind for me. http://www.tanklock.com/page/page/1278907.htm. The picture is very accurate. I even ordered...
